1. About Us

BusMySg provides cross-border bus ticketing services between Singapore and Malaysia. By booking through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to seat availability and admin confirmation.
• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification.
• Booking details (name, IC/passport, phone number, pickup/dropoff point) must be accurate. BusMySg is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the passenger.

3. Payment

• Payments are accepted via PayNow (SGD) and Touch'n Go (MYR).
• All payments must be completed within the time limit shown at checkout.
• Prices are stated at the time of booking and are final.
• BusMySg reserves the right to verify all payment submissions. If we have reason to believe that a payment screenshot or proof of payment is invalid, altered, duplicated, or otherwise fraudulent, we may request the passenger to resubmit valid proof of payment within 24 hours, or cancel the booking without prior notice if valid payment cannot be verified within that timeframe.
• Passengers who submit false or misleading payment information may be permanently barred from using BusMySg's services.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. BusMySg does not offer refunds once payment has been made, except in the event that we cancel or reschedule the trip due to circumstances on our end.

5. Rescheduling

• Each passenger is entitled to one (1) reschedule, subject to seat availability.
• Rescheduling must be completed within the permitted window (up to 3 weeks before or 4 weeks after the original departure date).
• No price difference will be charged or refunded upon rescheduling.
• Rescheduling requests made after the deadline will not be entertained.

6. Cancellations by BusMySg

In the event that BusMySg cancels a trip, affected passengers will be notified via Telegram and offered a reschedule or, at our discretion, a refund.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must arrive at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure.
• BusMySg reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who arrive late without prior notice.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary travel documents (IC, passport, etc.) for cross-border travel.

8. Limitation of Liability

BusMySg shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, border delays, weather, or mechanical issues.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Full name (as per NRIC/passport)
• Nationality
• IC number / passport number
• Singapore and/or Malaysia mobile number
• Telegram username
• Pickup and dropoff point preferences
• Payment confirmation screenshots (where applicable)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

• Processing and confirming your booking
• Communicating with you regarding your trip (via Telegram)
• Seat assignment and manifest preparation
• Compliance with cross-border travel requirements

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Where required by law or border control authorities
• With our bus operators, strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking

4. Data Retention

We retain your booking data for up to 12 months from the date of travel, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via Facebook Messenger. We will respond within 14 days.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our booking platform does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our booking page.
